Knowledgable, friendly, intelligent sales person! I went to a number of dealerships looking for several specific makes, models, years and priced used vehicles. Salesman 'Burlin' at Fort Myers Honda r I went to a number of dealerships looking for several specific makes, models, years and priced used vehicles. Salesman 'Burlin' at Fort Myers Honda really stood out. He knew what he was talking about and cared about finding me what I was lookin for! He sat down talked to me and review what vehicles he had available with me. Then when I told him which ones I wanted to view he arranged a test drive. I didn't fall in love with any, so he took my info and promised to get back with me if any came in. When there was a big price reduction on one that I had considered, he called and I bought it. The day after purchasing when a light didn't appear to be working right, he welcomed me coming in to have it checked and corrected. In short he cared! I made a 'Huge' mistake at another dealership where the salespersons had to walk through their lots with me to even see what used cars they had . So I spent a lot of wasted time determining that they didn't even have anything I was interested in viewing. How hard is it to have vehicle info entered in a computer so you can do a quick search to see if there are any Honda Odysseys or Toyota Siennas available? More
