Good but raises a question. Service Writer overcharged one item, promised an account credit. SW stated dirty trans fluid and requires immediate attention. Honda FM performed trans service including fluid change 14,000 miles ago. Inspection Report says due every 30,000. I don't understand the discrepancy. Induction Service recommend, but I can not find mention of that in my Owner Manual. Thanks for pointing out that the battery needs service. More

Convenient and Professional First time dropping my car off at the late night drop off for the first time. Got a text in the am (2 hours before my scheduled appointment) saying my First time dropping my car off at the late night drop off for the first time. Got a text in the am (2 hours before my scheduled appointment) saying my car was getting a wash and was all complete!! Wow!! I will for sure be using this convenient option again!! I LOVED that I got up to date texts and emails on my car, and that I knew exactly what to pay and when to come in. I can’t tell you how hard it is to bring 2 kids to a dealership and know that my car was 100% completed and there was zero wait!
