Good but raises a question. Service Writer overcharged one item, promised an account credit. SW stated dirty trans fluid and requires immediate attention. Honda FM performed trans service including fluid change 14,000 miles ago. Inspection Report says due every 30,000. I don't understand the discrepancy. Induction Service recommend, but I can not find mention of that in my Owner Manual. Thanks for pointing out that the battery needs service. More

Convenient and Professional First time dropping my car off at the late night drop off for the first time. Got a text in the am (2 hours before my scheduled appointment) saying my First time dropping my car off at the late night drop off for the first time. Got a text in the am (2 hours before my scheduled appointment) saying my car was getting a wash and was all complete!! Wow!! I will for sure be using this convenient option again!! I LOVED that I got up to date texts and emails on my car, and that I knew exactly what to pay and when to come in. I can’t tell you how hard it is to bring 2 kids to a dealership and know that my car was 100% completed and there was zero wait! Thank you very much to the sales and service team at Honda of Fort Myers!!! You guys really know how to give outstanding service!!! More
The 3rd bad experience at this location.😡 I bought my car at this location and I expected excellent service. But the attendants are nice not necessarily your mechanics. They work as a team and I bought my car at this location and I expected excellent service. But the attendants are nice not necessarily your mechanics. They work as a team and should have each other's backs. So the only ones loosing are the costomers. We have to trust that they really do service our vehicle and that they don't fool around putting our families lives at risk, by not doing their job and replacing parts that really need to be replaced, and taking our money and just dusting off the vehicle and saying it's fixed have a nice day. This'll be the third time I have been told something was changed and it wasn't. I trusted I drive it home and everything is still the same. Not nice to wait for hours, drive the distance, then have to go back again for the same problem. What is even worse is having to pay someone else to check the mechanic's work and find out that the item you handled the previous day is still in the same place where a new part should have been replaced. More

Seat Belt Warranty I own a 1991 Honda Accord LX and it contains seatbelt that automatically raise. The drivers side seatbelt began to malfunction and wouldn’t work anymo I own a 1991 Honda Accord LX and it contains seatbelt that automatically raise. The drivers side seatbelt began to malfunction and wouldn’t work anymore. I went to this service center as research revealed that Honda has a lifetime warranty on seatbelts from several models. Andrew Jenkins, the service advisor that helped me out got right on the job and took it in under warranty without any issues. Even though they were dealing wth old parts, they were ordered in quickly and the problem was repaired in only a few days. The entire issue was completely covered and I encountered no issues with payment. There was some issue with communication as it was tough to receive a response from time to time through their texting service or via calling the line given to me. They claimed there were issues with the phones. There also seemed to be initial opposition to the warranty when I brought it in, but the service advisor completes asaquete research and took the car in. All in all there were some minor issues but the job got done as it should’ve with no major problems to report. They were friendly and the advisor seemed to be genuine with the help I received. More
