Changed my oil only to leak out half the oil in my car Got my oil changed on March 28th. I picked up my car and went home. Had to leave in the middle of the night due to an emergency call with my business Got my oil changed on March 28th. I picked up my car and went home. Had to leave in the middle of the night due to an emergency call with my business I got home at 1 in the morning only to discover my car has been leaking oil the entire time. Oil spilled all over my driveway and even left a path out of my driveway and down the road that I drove down the night before. Call first thing the next morning and spoke to my service consultant who informed me that she noticed a large oil spot where my car had been leaking. She stated she tried to call me but the phone number was not working. She also informed me that she texted me which I never received. I don't understand why their phone wouldn't work to call me when they called me earlier. And she's never should have stopped until she got a hold of me. Spoke to management after her they towed my car down to Honda and fix the problem it was a bad gasket. They towed my car back at no charge. They also promise to clean my driveway to get rid of all the oil stains from their mistake. I am not happy that this happened because this is my second incident with the service department. But I have to say Travis the manager is going above and beyond to make sure that the problem has been completely fixed. Still waiting to get information from Honda and who to send the estimates for pressure washing my entire driveway. Because of the manager's actions is why this is getting a two-star review. If it wasn't for him this would only be getting a one-star More

Honda Pilot I was very pleased with the service manager. She told me and showed me how and where the mechanic found a 4” cut on my tire as he inspected the tires I was very pleased with the service manager. She told me and showed me how and where the mechanic found a 4” cut on my tire as he inspected the tires for a rotation. Her genuine concern for my safety as well as those who may be traveling with me or whom I may unfortunately come into contact with if my tire should fail while traveling in Florida or on way home to Pennsylvania. Good Service, Upset it’s not exceptional We bought our car from the Ft Myers location we got service at this day Orgiablky I was given one bad key and a “newish from a lease/ used key”. I asked for a replacement during my service, this was one reason I came in. The other key already broke & was unusable. I do have insurance that covers keys, and I am overally upset because today my key officially broke. I lost the actually metal to the key and was stranded with my dog, and to make matters worse, we have no family in town to go get my other broken one to see if I could possibly use it to get home. I am disappointed that each time, when I bought my car and when I got it serviced and ask specially about new keys, I was blown off. It’s unforentant that this wasn’t taken care of when I bought the car. Because of this bad taste & in my mind worst case senerio. I will be more then likely bringining my car to someone else to service. I have new break pads & new tires to be purchased. Honestly the details matter and they need just as much attention as the big issues. Being in customer service myself, you can try your best to make someone happy, but until you go above and beyond.. anything can mess it up. More
