Emergency quick Repairs We have a Honda Odyssey less than a year old. The car had a small problem with the charging of the battery. We took it to the dealer and they were so friendly and helpful. The Man that helped us spent time with us making sure all was Ok with our car. They also fixed some problems with the sliding door and washed the car. We had some Mocas, some popcorn and saw a movie at the dealers while waiting. I did not feel like I was getting my car repaired. I thank the good man again that helped us. Doc More

Waited 2 hours for a simple oil change....and I had an appt I’ve been to your dealership before with no problems but yesterday I arrived for my appointment for an oil change, and was very disappointed in the am I’ve been to your dealership before with no problems but yesterday I arrived for my appointment for an oil change, and was very disappointed in the amount of time that it took. Usually only a 45 minute job. Yesterday it took 2 hours!! I had another appointment later that morning that I had to cancel. I received no apologies, just took my money and that was it. I’d sent my service tech 2 texts asking why it was taking so long. No answer, just ‘it’ll be another 20-25 minutes’. Unacceptable. More
