Awful experience I would give this zero stars if possible. This was supposed to be a complimentary oil change because of terrible service I received before (so I was I would give this zero stars if possible. This was supposed to be a complimentary oil change because of terrible service I received before (so I was going to give it another chance)... well, I wish I hadn’t. When I got home and looked under the hood, three of the screws appeared to be missing from my air filter cover. Upon further investigation, the heads were torqued so hard that they broke them off... and just left them that way. I fixed the issue myself (including replacing the air filter) and bought new screws. I called to report the issue and never got a return call. I put the broken screws in a bag and dropped them off at the service center. Ridiculous that a technician would break three screws and not fix them. I will never bring my vehicle back there. More

New Accord from out of state towed and fixed Out of state and visiting family. Car console lit up like a Christmas tree and accelerated slowly and shifted gears with difficulty. Under HondaLink w Out of state and visiting family. Car console lit up like a Christmas tree and accelerated slowly and shifted gears with difficulty. Under HondaLink warranty car was towed to Fort Myers Honda on a Sunday. Problem diagnosed and fixed by Monday mid-morning! Drove back 1200+ miles home without incident. Thank you, Fort Myers Honda!
