I was helped by Erik Hillestad and he was very welcoming and addressed all of my concerns with my vehicle. While I waited he gave me updates on the technicians progress on my vehicle and price of the work. Once everything was done Erik finalized the paper work and I was on my way. My vehicle had two recalls on airbags and also needed work on the brakes. All of the work was done and I couldn’t be happier. I recommend Honda of Fort Myers wether you have a Honda or not. New Location, Same Stellar Service! I was so excited that it was finally time for my first service on my new civic and that it would be at the new location on Colonial. Pulling up I was I was so excited that it was finally time for my first service on my new civic and that it would be at the new location on Colonial. Pulling up I was excited to see the fully covered service area. As soon as I pulled up I was greeted and told someone would be with me shortly. Neremie came out and went over the service I was going to be getting. Walked me to the service center and then over to the customer waiting areas. Yes I said areas because there are multiple spaces and rooms for customers to sit and wait while your service is being done. As I waited I browsed around the new dealership and everyone greeted me kindly. Service took the standard amount of time but it wasn't a bother waiting since there were plenty of comfortable spaces to relax in. Once done Neremie came to get me and went over what was done and their findings and brought me to car which was freshly washed and I headed out. I have bought 4 cars from Honda of Fort Myers and been using the service center for years and I will continue to do so and reccomend them any chance that I can. More
