Just needed a new battery I went to the Honda dealership to have a new battery installed. I didn't have an appointment and the dealership had just moved to a new location. I e I went to the Honda dealership to have a new battery installed. I didn't have an appointment and the dealership had just moved to a new location. I expected to be treated like I was an annoying hardship. However, I was treated with respect and compassion. From the person who greeted me to my service advisor everyone was friendly yet very professional. They replaced the battery, checked the car over completely, washed it and filled the gas tank. This was done even though the car is still under warranty and they weren't charging me anything. I was impressed and I don't impress easily. The more I work with this service department the better I like them. More
Wonderful I was very impressed by the courtesy. I had to have my car taken in do to a dead battery. Even though I had not purchased the vehicle from them they w I was very impressed by the courtesy. As this was unexpected I had two grandchildren with me and they were as impressed as I was with the waiting area, the free popcorn and a movie theater. Long wait for an oil change left with system update not done I went in for a scheduled oil change. Waited close to 2 hours. With the employee making the decision not to send my car to the car wash since I’ve bee I went in for a scheduled oil change. Waited close to 2 hours. With the employee making the decision not to send my car to the car wash since I’ve been waiting so long.. but I wish they would have checked with me first. After waiting almost 2 hours I’d at least like to leave with with a clean car! I also left with the orange light on my screen for a system update that was clearly needed. This was my first service here after leasing my odyssey in July. I am new to all these updates and it would have been nice to have it taken care of for me in my first service visit. All the employees were very friendly. More

I suspected it was a ploy, and the next day I was right. He wanted to buy my car, which of course means that they have one to sell me. I cannot believe that this is an acceptable policy of corporate Honda. More
