Slow to return car after wash Van in for service but had to order a part so i will return next week for repair. Ordered part and i paid. Was to they were washing my van. Waited 5 minutes and walked back to wash are and it was washed. Waited 5 minutes and then flagged down a service employee who asked if everything was ok. I said no and told her I'm waiting for van to be brought up and nobody was getting it. She checked around and got the keys and brought it up front. Would have waited longer if i didn't flag down the employee More
Recall repair. We were 20 minutes early for our appt. We sat for 4 hours for an hour and a half job. Nobody talked to us until I flagged someone down. After that it took an hour and a half. Our vehicle had just been forgotten. He offered us free oil change and tire rotation. Called Travis Hines, manager, the next day. He said they would give us a free oil change. Asked about another problem. He said he would call back but never did. Completely unacceptable!! More

Good service as always, length of time is terrible. My vehicle began to cut off and turning on again while backing up into a parking space and I had no idea why. I thought it was my battery acting up so My vehicle began to cut off and turning on again while backing up into a parking space and I had no idea why. I thought it was my battery acting up so after getting out of class, I called USAA and got myself towed to the Honda dealer. They did their diagnostic, found nothing major thankfully. Just routine maintenance that I'm due for. Good to know for my next visit.👍🏼 However, I was there for almost 2 and a half hours, maybe 3. The most I've ever waited was about 1 hour to 1 and a half. I understand that there are were a couple of others ahead of me. But I've never waited that long before. My guess is we are in season and their mechanics were doing all they could, but its still an issue. Please find a way to fix the length of time, i.e. more staff, if at all possible. I know you can only do so much, but I'm the hopeful type. More
