Oil Change Went in for an oil change and it was recommended that I had an alignment, so I did that too. The next day I came for a transmission flush. BETTER than I expected Travis was the service manager. He was great. Met me the night before at 545pm to confirm what i watched to accomplish. He said all 3 items should be Travis was the service manager. He was great. Met me the night before at 545pm to confirm what i watched to accomplish. He said all 3 items should be under warranty. But if not, there was no charge. That is all i wanted to hear. No games. I was there the next day at 645 AM. Daniele was my service advisor. Within 1 hour she confirmed 3 items. Parts needed to be ordered. They told me 2 days. It was. I went back & in 3 hours everything was done. I enjoyed waiting in the movie room. They had a custom coffee machine, fresh bagels & cream cheese, and later, fresh popcorn. It was a treat to be there. Everything works fine. I would go back there 100% if i ever had the need. After i talked to Travis again. Super friendly. He said his goal was to have every customer be a satisfied one. Goal accomplished my friend. Thank you More
