The customer waiting area was adjacent to the service center and I was given an approximate completion time for my vehicle. While waiting, I received a visit from my salesperson, Jacob Novak. He has always gone above and beyond to make sure that my service and purchasing needs have been positively addressed. Prior to the estimated completion time, I was informed by the service manager that my vehicle was ready. All maintenance procedures were successfully performed, including a complimentary car wash!
