Slowest service Received a safety recall notice from Honda. Talked with someone by online chat, they took my name, number, VIN & recall ID number. Said service manager would verify parts in stock then call back to schedule. Waited 4 days, called back. No record of previous call, had to start over. Get call scheduling appointment five days later. Recall notice says to plan on 45 minutes for repair. I waited 3 hours, 20 minutes, and no one could say what was taking so long. Had to reschedule other appointments. Lots of people employed at this place but nobody seems to be doing anything. All the other customers near me were also waiting long periods without explanation. Would go elsewhere if there was another dealer nearby. Don't know anyone's names so picked random names below. More

Went out if their way to help me The gear shift in my CRV stopped operating. I was driving on 41 and couldn’t get the car out of drive! Luckily, I was close to Honda of Fort Myers. I pulled in, stopped the car and had to keep my foot on the brake . Lester Corzo cane to my rescue! He talked me through what to do and reassured me he could fix it! He invited me to relax while they worked on the car. When he came to tell me it was done, he apologized for inconveniencing me!!! He saved me. Lester, you have a customer for life. By the way, it was dinner time so he could have told me they couldn’t help. I am so impressed! More
