Went out if their way to help me The gear shift in my CRV stopped operating. I was driving on 41 and couldn’t get the car out of drive! Luckily, I was close to Honda of Fort Myers. I The gear shift in my CRV stopped operating. I was driving on 41 and couldn’t get the car out of drive! Luckily, I was close to Honda of Fort Myers. I pulled in, stopped the car and had to keep my foot on the brake . Lester Corzo cane to my rescue! He talked me through what to do and reassured me he could fix it! He invited me to relax while they worked on the car. When he came to tell me it was done, he apologized for inconveniencing me!!! He saved me. Lester, you have a customer for life. By the way, it was dinner time so he could have told me they couldn’t help. I am so impressed! More

Recall just the pretax to mess your car up to obtained fees They came to fix my airbags, Over a recall. After they “fixed “ it , the SRS warning lights came on 5 days later, in 15 yrs that light never came o They came to fix my airbags, Over a recall. After they “fixed “ it , the SRS warning lights came on 5 days later, in 15 yrs that light never came on...it related to airbag malfunctions ....THEY MESSED MY AIRBAGS UP ...,.this happened the last recall , THEY “fixed” it for “free”, only to have the same thing malfunction shortly after, when it never malfunctioned before. Of course they wanted it to be paid for what they xxxxed up . Stay away from all these Honda recalls , they just use them as opportunities to mess your car up so they can get fees . More

Lester Corzo is the best Lester is an the most excellent service advisor. He explained the meaning of each letter and number of the service code which in my case was B123. No service advisor has been that thorough with me before. I feel that I got great service adressing the things that were trully needed. Filter change was part of the code numbers but because it was still in good shape I was not pressured to change it even though that was on the list for at the mileage of my car. More
