I thought the AC needed to be checked. My AC is now working great. I did need it to be check and taken care of, which it was. I did not rate the price as excellent as I have no idea what it would have been elsewhere as I always rely on you to give me a fair price and who would say that the price is excellent. Normal svc was a professional, satisfying and timely experi. When I called David,svc rep, for svc I requested a specific appointment due to a recall notice as well as normal svc.
