In a waiting room full of customers so self involved, constantly rushing and complaining and just angry they had to come here an do a thing. Theres a f***ing movie theater! They really have the waiting room figured out. In all honesty, the place gave me faith in the American spirit. A bunch of people who get paid next to nothing, and worked into the ground, muscling ahead. The dealership appeared old and tattered, but I must have seen the janitor 30 times in the hour I was there, constantly cleaning every nook and cranny. So basically Honda and Sonic as corporations: terrible. They should be ashamed. The employees were absolutely amazing. Above and beyond at every turn. More
