Pretty horrible Dropped my car off on a Monday for an oil change. They find a leak in the transmission line. We decide to move forward with fixing. They call a few days later to say the car is done. Nope. Just the oil change is done. Splendid. Have to order parts for other fix. Ok. I say I’m going out of town but will be back Saturday. They say they will call when it’s done. They don’t. I call Saturday to see if it’s done. No one calls me back. They close. I call Sunday- nice woman says she will have someone call me that day. No one does. I can’t get my car since they close at 6 and I work longer and harder than they do. Finally get my car. They won’t accept a coupon since they gave me a small discount dornsuch horrible service. Would rather roller skate everywhere than use their service again. More

Waited a half an hour in the bay before talk to Had a 1 PM oil change appointment, came into the bay at 12:40 PM. Sat in the car for 30 minutes until an attendant came to talk to me. When they at Had a 1 PM oil change appointment, came into the bay at 12:40 PM. Sat in the car for 30 minutes until an attendant came to talk to me. When they attendant did come I explained I had a 1 PM oil change appointment, and had been here for the last half an hour. She stated I guess were only 10 minutes late then. Maybe it was just too busy and not enough employees, have been to this Honda dealership for service many times and have had very good service in the past. More

I made an online appointment - and he appeared to not even know about it. He wrote on the paper number tag what my service was supposed to be. He was very polite and pleasant. The online price of the rear wiper was less than what I was charged. And, I received a coupon the day after my oil change in the mail for $19.95... a $30 difference from what I paid. It was from your dealership. I would give 5 stars to the attendant and 3 to the dealership in this visit. More
