Pretty horrible Dropped my car off on a Monday for an oil change. They find a leak in the transmission line. We decide to move forward with fixing. They call a few days later to say the car is done. Nope. Just the oil change is done. Splendid. Have to order parts for other fix. Ok. I say I’m going out of town but will be back Saturday. They say they will call when it’s done. They don’t. I call Saturday to see if it’s done. No one calls me back. They close. I call Sunday- nice woman says she will have someone call me that day. No one does. I can’t get my car since they close at 6 and I work longer and harder than they do. Finally get my car. They won’t accept a coupon since they gave me a small discount dornsuch horrible service. Would rather roller skate everywhere than use their service again. More
