Waited a half an hour in the bay before talk to Had a 1 PM oil change appointment, came into the bay at 12:40 PM. Sat in the car for 30 minutes until an attendant came to talk to me. When they attendant did come I explained I had a 1 PM oil change appointment, and had been here for the last half an hour. She stated I guess were only 10 minutes late then. Maybe it was just too busy and not enough employees, have been to this Honda dealership for service many times and have had very good service in the past. More

I made an online appointment - and he appeared to not even know about it. He wrote on the paper number tag what my service was supposed to be. He was very polite and pleasant. The online price of the rear wiper was less than what I was charged. And, I received a coupon the day after my oil change in the mail for $19.95... a $30 difference from what I paid. It was from your dealership. I would give 5 stars to the attendant and 3 to the dealership in this visit. More

When I arrived Karen greeted me with a smile and got my ready for my appointment. Danielle was my advisor and took great care of my vehicle and I. I even was greeted on two different occasions by the service managers Travis and Jeff who made sure to ask about my experience and see if I needed anything while I was there. They even had fresh bagels and coffee for breakfast time! Truly a great experience and excellent customer service! More
