I even was greeted on two different occasions by the service managers Travis and Jeff who made sure to ask about my experience and see if I needed anything while I was there. They even had fresh bagels and coffee for breakfast time! Truly a great experience and excellent customer service! More

Too busy to care Upon my arrival for my 11:40 am appointment, it was clear this was going to take a very long time. Needless to say, I didn’t leave until after 2 pm—FOR AN OIL CHANGE! Why did I make an appointment? Further, I asked twice to ensure the tire pressure was corrected as it was low in all four tires. Was it corrected?? Nope. Were the tires rotated?? IDK. I know I paid for it. This was my first, and ONLY trip to Fort Myers Honda. I am NOT impressed!! More
