Good customer service with the right person. I bought my 2016 civic here. Sales process was typical. They finally came back with the numbers I originally told them I wanted on the fourth trip bac I bought my 2016 civic here. Sales process was typical. They finally came back with the numbers I originally told them I wanted on the fourth trip back to the sales managers desk. Wasted a lot of my time, but eventually I walked out with the price and car I needed. Service department has mostly been OK. I do my own oil changes because their prices are typical dealer mark-ups. They wanted around $150 to replace brake fluid without even looking at it first which I said no to. I recently had to get my tires rotated and replace key fob battery. I worked with dannielle and she was excellent. They got my car in and out and the prices for these specific services were reasonable. In the past, I worked with amir in the past and he was very disrespectful in regards to my spouse who knows a bit about cars and when I do or don't need the dealership to handle my service. He continally stated that he didn't know what he was talking about and not to listen to him. It has not completely broken my relationship with this Honda location, but I now know who to avoid in the service center. John Mount was my shuttle driver when I recently went for service and he was outstanding. Very respectful and kind man. More

Excellent service I was in and out in no time. Service was completed in the amount of time I was quoted. The accommodations were very nice while you wait as they offer I was in and out in no time. Customer treatment Request to adjust windshield cover rejected because my windshield was not a Honda windshield. I was told that the entire cover assembly had to be repl Request to adjust windshield cover rejected because my windshield was not a Honda windshield. I was told that the entire cover assembly had to be replaced at a cost of $220!!! Just to snap the cover on a functioning assembly!!! I went to Safelite and explained my issue with Honda. Safelite immediately snapped the cover on the assembly with no charge. Safelite told me that the windshield was fine as well as the assembly. I am quite disgusted with Honda of Firt Myers for the lack of customer service at my request to simply snap on the cover. More
