Customer treatment Request to adjust windshield cover rejected because my windshield was not a Honda windshield. I was told that the entire cover assembly had to be repl Request to adjust windshield cover rejected because my windshield was not a Honda windshield. I was told that the entire cover assembly had to be replaced at a cost of $220!!! Just to snap the cover on a functioning assembly!!! I went to Safelite and explained my issue with Honda. Safelite immediately snapped the cover on the assembly with no charge. Safelite told me that the windshield was fine as well as the assembly. I am quite disgusted with Honda of Firt Myers for the lack of customer service at my request to simply snap on the cover. More

Waited too long with appointment I was on time for a noon appointment. I waited an hour before they even checked out my car and gave me a report.
