2014 Honda Acoord needed a starter. I called Honda of Fort Myers at 9:02 and left a message for my service advisor Ivan. I got offnof work at 1:30pm and arrived at Honda at or around 2:4 I called Honda of Fort Myers at 9:02 and left a message for my service advisor Ivan. I got offnof work at 1:30pm and arrived at Honda at or around 2:45p.m. As of that point Ivan still has not called me back. I dealt with Zac when I arrived and was told that my 2014 Accord did in fact need a starter. I'm a year over the warrantee on the model year and 1,000 over on the milage and Honda of Fort Myers was unwilling to help me at all. More
