My car only has 7400 miles and the speedometer went blank They fixed the problem, but broke the steering wheel cover piece without letting me know and left a screw on my carpet, not sure where it goes. Now I have too go back again so they may fix another problem they created. This is why I no longer deal with Toyota dealership and bought a Honda. Know I am running into the same problems with techs not following up with the work. They try to get away with it thinking you will not notice. Other than that everyone was very pleasant More

Horrible day wasted at Honda service! Arrived on time was met and told two things...covered by warranty and it would take an hr to hr and 1/2. Two hrs later apologizes will be another 1 hr Arrived on time was met and told two things...covered by warranty and it would take an hr to hr and 1/2. Two hrs later apologizes will be another 1 hr to 1.5 hrs. Took shuttle service as to not sit there for a total of 4 hrs. Called after wasting another 2 hrs walking around a shopping plaza while waiting and got a call. “Sorry, not covered by warranty and we haven’t worked on it since we didn’t get to discuss costs”. So furious! “. now it’s an overnight job and you’ll need a rental. “ by the way it will be $480.00 but we will work on the price for you, see what can be done. (After all it was only a battery terminal) He sure did it went up instead of down!! My last visit there ever and I won’t be getting another Honda! More
