Poor interactions, poor service, downright disappointed. Brought my vehicle in to have the AC looked at...again. Backstory, this Ford I purchased from honda had been to Honda's service center multiple times Brought my vehicle in to have the AC looked at...again. Backstory, this Ford I purchased from honda had been to Honda's service center multiple times for AC issues. I kept getting the manufacturer's part was the issue. After supposedly replacing " pretty much the entire system" it still cut out after summer. I had the system tested at Valvoline and they found it almost half its capacity in freon. I brought it in on a Wednesday, and thought it would be a quick diagnose, potential fix, and out. I had terrible communication, (was still grounded Friday, finally was given a rental), received no calls Saturday, which confused me as the rental was only good for a day. No calls Monday. Tuesday, I called and was told it was done. I went there and it was not. While I was speaking to a service tech, the service MANAGER walked right past me, service tech seemed to go touch base with him, and he couldn't even give me a minute of his time. By Wednesday, my vehicle was done finally. A week of xxxx. The "new" part sounds like it came from the same manufacturer, and as of now, I have zero warranty if this dumps out, even though it's been three times. The rear air in this vehicle was the issue I brought it in for in the first place, and panels in the back weren't put back together 100%. Maybe they care about Hondas but not about this van. More

They asked about rotating my tires, I said no because it cost more. At other oil hangs facilities they will rotate your tires for free. It seemed strange that my leased Honda Civic getting an oil change at a Honda dealership wouldn’t want to rotate the tires for ensure the best running service on their vehicle that will be back in their inventory in another year. (This location was much better than the coconut point Honda tho!) I even got a free car wash. More

First time review I called to schedule an appointment on Friday and was able to be seen the same day. The call went smoothly and Jasmine very professional and polite the whole time. When I arrived to Honda I was greeted promptly by a very eager and helpful employee. From there I was told that Danielle would be taking care of me. She truly went above and beyond to make sure all my questions and concerns were answered. As my car was being serviced she showed me the progress on my car and what was done to fix the problem. When the time came for me to leave , it started raining, Danielle went so much out of her way as to move my car under the awning so that I would not have to get rained on. I have had my car serviced many times at many places but this experience by far takes the win. I sincerely appreciate the amount of professionalism and at the same time kindness that was showed to me by the employees at Honda. They will definitely have my business again. Thank you. More
