Above and Beyond I dropped my new Accord for a repair of a part that did not work properly. Unfortunately, the wrong part was ordered, BUT instead of me coming back I dropped my new Accord for a repair of a part that did not work properly. Unfortunately, the wrong part was ordered, BUT instead of me coming back to make another appointment, they replaced my defective part with the same part off another new Accord, so I would not have to reschedule my repair. Now I call that pretty great. More work on their part, but much better for me! So far, a great service department. More
