Took a long time Oil change, fix a tire that had a nail, and rotate the tires, with an appointment, took 4 hours. I will say that the service rep kept me updated whic Oil change, fix a tire that had a nail, and rotate the tires, with an appointment, took 4 hours. I will say that the service rep kept me updated which was good. It's a good thing I had time to wait. On the fixed tire, I had to fill it up with air when I got home. Apparently they plugged the hole but didn't fill it with the same amount of air as the other three. More
