Ed is the best. I needed an oil change but was also at 90,000 miles so I called and made an appointment. When I arrived Ed realized that my CRV had never been to FT. I needed an oil change but was also at 90,000 miles so I called and made an appointment. When I arrived Ed realized that my CRV had never been to FT. Myers Honda and made sure the car got a very good inspection so that they would have a history of the vehicle for future work that I may have done. All the items that needed to be addressed I was told about and my husband chose to have only the most pressing ones taken care of that day. While my car was worked on I enjoyed a movie & popcorn, before I knew it I was on my way. Ed was very personable with a great sense of humor and made my visit as enjoyable as could be. More

I needed a tire and called Honda to have it replaced, the gentleman on the phon This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. I needed a tire and called Honda to have it replaced, the gentleman on the phone sounded like a hundred songbirds in perfect harmony telling me I can come In right away. As I drove in to the dealer a gentleman came out in a blue shirt kind of like violet from Willy Wonka but it turned out he was the heavenly sounding gentleman on the phone I spoke to. I admit the price of the tire was not bad at all and just the atmosphere around this gentleman reminded me of my childhood trips to sea world when I would sit up front in the splash zone. The what I was treated seemed of that of a newborn kitten taking it’s first breathe! He treated me like king the other advisers acted just like kings men! Making sure all was excellent! upon the delivery of my chariot (feeling as a king) it was back on the road! It has been a blessing! May he be watched over ! More
