2 hours overdue I went in for a regular oil change and was told they needed to do a software update in a recall order. Their estimate was 30 minutes to do the upload I went in for a regular oil change and was told they needed to do a software update in a recall order. Their estimate was 30 minutes to do the upload, meaning my total time was 1:15. It turns out that I did not get my car back for 3:15 minutes, a full 2 hours over the estimate. Several times the adviser came to me saying they were having problems with the update, but it would only be a few minutes more. The last time I was told it would definitely only be 15 minutes more. It turned out to be 30 minutes, but at least I got my car, 2 hours late. First, the team failed to do the work in a reasonable time. Second, they kept informing that they we close to being done, when in fact they were not. And I never once received an apology for the total mess. More
