Disappointed and lost trust for missing my tire issue. I purchased a Accord 2015 at the end of Jan with 21k and only put 12k on the car when I brought it in for my second oil change. Chris informed me th I purchased a Accord 2015 at the end of Jan with 21k and only put 12k on the car when I brought it in for my second oil change. Chris informed me that I would need a set of new tires because the treads were pitted and cracking due to dry rot. I could not believe that Honda would certify a used vehicle with those tires. I also was mad because the first oil change did not identify the issue and I could of had a serious car accident. Chris did his best but $700+\- to install them was hard to except. Unfortunately I had no choice and went to another tire company to have them installed. I’m very disappointed with the failure to identify the issue before I purchased the car. At this point I lost my trust with this dealership. More

Amazing Service every time I go! Ivan Trejo was my service advisor, he was just AMAZING. He was understanding to my needs and got me out of there in a timely manner. Quick service Took minivan in for an oil change. I bought in january and was supposed to have a year of free oil changes that we negotiated at sale. No where in Took minivan in for an oil change.
