I wasn’t expecting it to be cleaned and the service was free so I’m in no position to complain. Just my honest review. More

Poor communication Called Honda dealership confirming if the AC compressor still warranty, my Honda CR-V is under 100,000 miles. Talk to a lady named Kelly, she said to Called Honda dealership confirming if the AC compressor still warranty, my Honda CR-V is under 100,000 miles. Talk to a lady named Kelly, she said to bring it in will do diagnostics for 90 dollars even when I told her my car is 07, what she did not say warranty only for 7 years or 100,000 miles. After waiting over 3 and half hours she told it was a fuse , and it was going to be over 300 dollars because I low on Freon, after disagreeing with a diagnosis she said the tech has to take the Freon out. I was able to talk to the tech after paid the bill, he said the Freon was low .14, wish almost a variation of pressure. When I got home I found out that all the Freon in my system was taking out. I will never go back to Honda service nor I would recommend to anyone. More
