time is money Was told 1.5 hours and you went over by an hour. Your pricing needs to be competitive with surrounding businesses like tire kingdom wall mart and Napa auto service. The pricing I got from Honda was almost 2k with everything they say needed done. I called around got all my service done at a competitor for just under 1200. That’s tires, brakes (front and bake), power steering flush, alignment, brake fluid and wipers. So I saved 800 bucks going less than a mile down the road. The service I received that day was great but the cost is what drives me. Jamie was amazing kept me informed and made sure I was happy. More than I asked for Dave Doden always strives for superior service. Came in for oil change. He had the tires rotated and the car washed. I would rather that the car wa Dave Doden always strives for superior service. Came in for oil change. He had the tires rotated and the car washed. I would rather that the car was not washed. When I wash it myself I don't leave sand on the floor mat, a muddy kick mark on the lower driver door panel, or streaked windows. That was how I found my car when I got it back. I had washed it just two days before. I don't like your rating system as I understand it that it works. My comments do not support the five star rating that I marked because, as I understand, the service writer takes all of the heat of the rating. He did not wash the car. He did not hire or train the car wash crew. I assume that he is not their supervisor but he takes the heat for their shortfall in service. More
