My hero I was on a trip two hours south of home when my Odyssey broke down. Not knowing what was wrong (ignition coil) or where to go I knew Honda takes care I was on a trip two hours south of home when my Odyssey broke down. Not knowing what was wrong (ignition coil) or where to go I knew Honda takes care of their own. I set up towing and never had to even go to the Honda service center until they fixed the issue the very next day. Rental was offered but not needed. I truly appreciated how I felt cared for. The service advisor even came in on his day off and insured I was good to go. Thank you Honda & Chris Bargnesi! More
