Poor customer service Justin had no follow through and failed to keep me informed of the progress of my vehicle. When I paid I was overcharged on bill and Travis forgot to do one item (install the first ont license plate bracket) as discussed several times upon arrival. This caused another 30 minutes wait! Great Everything was great until I got in my van and realized they had took all my change out of the cup holder. Awesome staff, service and environment. Aamir was amazing- personable, funny, an amazing sales person which one wouldn’t think about a service rep. I went in to get a valet key for my Honda and left with a FOB at a more than fair deal. Watched part of a movie, ate popcorn, left happy. A first class operation all the way around. The woman who welcomes people is amazing. She gives the warmest welcome and makes me feel as if she remembers me and treats me so well. She deserves a raise.
