Excellent Service Joel my service advisor has been wonderful. He is very personable and friendly and kept me up to date with the status of my car. I took my car in for an airbag recall and transmission fluid change. During the courtesy inspection an oil leak was found so they degreased my engine and put a a fluorescent dye in so they could find the leak when I brought it back in around 250 miles. But driving home that night the car started acting up and i had to have it towed back. Joel and Gio found the vtc solonoid need to be cleaned. They took care of it and took it on 4 test drives to make sure it was running good . The service from start to finish was impeccable. I am very happy with my experience. More

Long wait I called to make an appointment for an oil change and was told 1:30. I waited over 3 hours for a simple oil change! Then when they brought my car out, I called to make an appointment for an oil change and was told 1:30. I waited over 3 hours for a simple oil change! Then when they brought my car out, they told me there was something was wrong with the car wash so they couldn’t wash it. However, Ed Burns said they could wash it by hand do I decided to wait. In the meantime Ed figured out that it was just the reset button and they were able to wash it in the car wash after all. In general, Ed was great, and the new facilities are beautiful. they just need to manage the schedule better so you don’t have to wait so long. More

Very state of the art!!! I came in for an oil change and a car wash. So of course I drove through the machine and by the time I stopped to talk to the person, another came out I came in for an oil change and a car wash. So of course I drove through the machine and by the time I stopped to talk to the person, another came out and handed him a sheet of paper. The machine was a very simple, easy way to check out my alignment and the thickness of tread left. !!!!! WOW now that's great use to help customers ability to maintain their car. I have used Fort Myers Honda Ford years, and now with the new location, THEY ARE EVEN BETTER! Everything was so fast and even the Wi-fi was fast with the password placed so anyone can see it. I would highly recommend them.😎🌴😎🌴 More

Excellent though expensive I had extensive maintenance services at 93000 miles. Services seem to be excellent. Service writer was pleasant and helpful. Costs seem high, though I have not directly compared these costs at other local garages. Decided to replace tires at dealer, after 92000 on original, though had perhaps another 10000 miles remaining. Was surprised to find that another model of tire was substituted for the model requested. I was never informed of this by the service writer, either before or after. I chose not to raise objection, as the substituted model may be superior to the requested one. However, I believe I should have been informed. Otherwise, I was happy with my service experience. More
