Great Experience I’ve brought my car in twice in the last Month for factory know issues. Ed was my Service Writer. How much? Let’s face it, dealerships are not known for low cost repairs and this was no different. I just use you because I hope you will fix it right the first time...this seems to be the case so far, so yeah. What dragged this down for me was having a tire rotation added to my service request, that I never requested and then had it not been for my reminding Ivan the I knew that when I purchased four tires from Honda (it’s right there on your computer) I was not going to be charged for the service for the life of the tires??? Little thing, but if I’m gonna pay dealership service prices, I expect to have Honda expertise and not to have added costs placed on my bill...you can see I choose you for my service (despite being told by others not to) so it would make me feel valued as a loyal customer, if you would take time to listen to what service I ask for and follow through with any of the extended services you’ve promised.
