Happy with way I was treated. Very happy with way I was treated and speed of service. However, was disappointed that the Service Manager did not return my call even though I have been a customer there for over 7 years and purchased three cars in that time. While there I saw something that I thought could or would cause liability issues for the dealership, so as a courtesy I called the Service Manager to make him aware of the issue so he could deal with it as he saw appropriate. I was assured that not only would he be made aware of my call via e-mail but that a note would be placed on his desk. Guess it's not important to them so I'm certainly not going to worry about it. More

Great service yet troubling I had a very good service experience very friendly speedy service. But I was recently there this week and I verify that they charge you $1 every time I had a very good service experience very friendly speedy service. But I was recently there this week and I verify that they charge you $1 every time you come in for washer fluid and I thought they weren't filling it up once before but this week I verified it because less than 2 days ago I was there and I'm alredy out a washer fluid. So to be charged even a dollar automatically without being able to tell if they've given you washer fluid or for that matter just a taught me up for a dollar is completely unreasonable. I believe they should make kind of a checklist on some of these items you would want done or would like tock out for that you can give to the service agent before they start servicing your vehicle. I was only there for an oil change. More

Oil Change/Tire Rotation Pulled up with no appointment, but I was taken immediately. They changed my oil, rotated my tires and washed my car. Aamir was helpful and personable. Bad experience I brought my 2014 CRV in for a battery change because of its age and because it was going to be driven to SC and I didn’t want problems on the road. I brought my 2014 CRV in for a battery change because of its age and because it was going to be driven to SC and I didn’t want problems on the road. I checked my cable connections and battery before bringing the car in. The mechanic broke the cable while removing the battery, and wanted $600 dollars more to replace it. The exact same thing happened at this service department a couple of months earlier, with our other Honda. I think there’s a pattern here. I drove the car home this time with a new battery, went to an auto pats store and replaced what the mechanic broke myself, by replacing the broken part for $4.99. We have two Honda’s, and you have lost us as long time customers. More
