Trust worthy I went in knowing I needed an oil change the light was on for many different issues the guy told me everything that needed to be fixed: I forgot somet I went in knowing I needed an oil change the light was on for many different issues the guy told me everything that needed to be fixed: I forgot something I have already gotten done. I could have been charged for everything but they came back and told me all I really needed was the oil change. Other places would not be so honest the spot by my house I never go to due to bad experiences I actually drive a hour to get my car serviced just for the outstanding customer service I get from the friendly staff they have. However, was disappointed that the Service Manager did not return my call even though I have been a customer there for over 7 years and purchased three cars in that time. While there I saw something that I thought could or would cause liability issues for the dealership, so as a courtesy I called the Service Manager to make him aware of the issue so he could deal with it as he saw appropriate. I was assured that not only would he be made aware of my call via e-mail but that a note would be placed on his desk. Guess it's not important to them so I'm certainly not going to worry about it.
