Because of the amount of money charges. The service done was excellent. I do think it’s absolutely ridiculous that you charge someone $170 for labor for an oil change, transmission fluid and The service done was excellent. I do think it’s absolutely ridiculous that you charge someone $170 for labor for an oil change, transmission fluid and brake fluid. This took 2 hours. Therefore you charged $85 an hour. That’s way over priced. How do you sleep at night. I was happy with this service but very unhappy with the charges. More

Since we bought the car about 10 months ago and the windshield wipers worked exceedingly poor he recommended that I change the blades. We did but it hasn't rained so I can't tell. After waiting an hour and 15 minutes for an estimate I was a little disappointed on how expensive my repairs were going to be. I was told it would take about three hours to do the repairs necessary, which was a little bit over my budget. I also was not aware that three hours of work was going to cost me $548 and 50 Cent seven cen I was told it would take about three hours to do the repairs necessary, which was a little bit over my budget. I also was not aware that three hours of work was going to cost me $548.57!!!! That’s almost $200 an hour of labor! Besides the shock of the estimate (1,329.01) I was very please with the personality n concern of your associate. More
