I just needed a little of help and understanding When I came to the service center I was not in a good mood. I misheard what the service had said to my wife. I grumbled a bit but the service woman said you will have your turn and call me when the car is ready. Well I was fit to be tied. I waited a hour and then the came up to me. With a big smile she said you must have been relieved because we could see the damage the guy would have done if the drip plate fell off. You are very fortunate to bring it in now. She said she got the service man to only charge the minimal which was 1/2 hour of his time. She documented every thing on our receipt . Corina Ard was our service representative. More

Oil change The overall service was fine. My only complaint is that the mats of my driver side were filthy they did not put paper down, let alone clean it. The overall service was fine. Rep was good but... My representative was good however I felt that they were trying to sell me stuff I didn’t need ie new tires. The tread on my tires look good, rep even agreed with me that they didn’t need replaced as they are only a year old and we drive in town mainly. Have never been on a long trip with my van. Also, disappointed when I got home to see my synthetic oil change coupon (that I use every time, same price) was not the same total this visit. I pulled out a old receipt and for some reason rep only deducted $10 whereas previous rep’s deducted $15 so I paid $10 more for the oil change than the coupon states. I’ve never had this experience with Honda dealership. Typically it’s wonderful all around. Again, my rep was nice however I didn’t appreciate seeing them say I need new tires and an alignment when my tires look great and my car is not pulling at all. Made me feel that some of their other recommendations are bull. I’m going to get a second opinion where I purchased the van - Toyota dealership who of course say I should come to them for all my needs. Might’ve just lost a customer Honda. More
