Great service for my 2011 Honda Pilot Ed Brooks was my service writer and very pleased with his professionalism. He was very good to point out services I needed and didn’t try to pressure Ed Brooks was my service writer and very pleased with his professionalism. He was very good to point out services I needed and didn’t try to pressure me into any unnecessary repairs. He got my car in and out very quickly, and walked through my invoice at the end explaining everything that was done. Your rating system is a 5 but U think Ed deserves a 10. Very pleased. More
Car wouldn’t start Our 2017 Honda CR-V wouldn’t start so I called to make an appointment to have it checked. I had to get the battery jumped to start the car, and since Our 2017 Honda CR-V wouldn’t start so I called to make an appointment to have it checked. I had to get the battery jumped to start the car, and since my neighbor still works, had to jump the car before he left for work. I arrived at the dealership about an hour before my appointment and was greeted by Ed Brooks. Ed prepared the ticket and got my car back to the service area as quickly as possible. The battery was replaced, I also got an oil change, and was back on the road very quickly. A very pleasant experience that assures I will be back to the dealership for my next service. More
LOF + I came in late in the day to get a Lou Boylan filter. After checking my service record I also needed a couple other things done. Normal service items.
