Damaged our vehicle Took our 2017 ridgeline in for work, the work done on the vehicle was fine, they scratched the living xxxx out of our hood after having the vehicle fo Took our 2017 ridgeline in for work, the work done on the vehicle was fine, they scratched the living xxxx out of our hood after having the vehicle for 3 days they tried to return it to us with out fixing the scratching of the hood, called them out on it, they buffed it out and said it was good to go, it was still showing damage, left it over night , they buffed it up again and colored in the scratches, it came out good but still now a few years down the road i will have to have it buffed out again i am sure at my expense, disappointed with the situation.the service guy was helpful the store manager was no big deal, i will be writing head quarters and sending photos to them also. More

This was not addressed 2 months ago as I was told by Chris Judge that it would be. Someone who was also rude told me I would have to go to DMV. I paid high administration fees for titling when I purchased this vehicle two months ago. I guess when you’re the only Honda dealer in Fort Myers you can be rude. The older lady who greeted me at check in was the only person who seemed to care. More
