She wisked me off to her desk area where we discussed my cars needs with her and services that were due for my vehicle. She escorted us to the movie area and showed us the available snacks and drink offerings. We had a bit longer wait than usual as the technician found a nail in my tire which had not yet registered in the dashboard warning system. Always Disappointing Each time I come to this dealer, I wait for 10mins before anyone greets me even though I see at least 3 people walking around or smoking. I made an ap Each time I come to this dealer, I wait for 10mins before anyone greets me even though I see at least 3 people walking around or smoking. I made an appt this time so I wouldn't sit in the lot for 10mins to be greeted and same old thing. The appt was to take 45mins but took 1.5hrs and the agent tried to sneak in charges for the oil change. He said "oil change and tire rotation today" and when I asked if the "tire rotation was included" he said no it was extra, I bet he gets a lot of extra sales-sliding that in there. Then when I checked out I paid extra for "parts" = oil? which makes no sense because my last oil change there I didn't pay for that extra charge? THE WORST Honda Dealership I've EVER been too with the LAZIEST, SLOPPIEST, IGNORANT employees I've ever met. I've been to dealerships in Texas, California (North and South) and Arizona and this is the bottom. My first oil change here they didn't even reset my oil life gauge, I had to do it myself. The older gal that finally greeted me, she was sweet and nice, but the sales guy just talked down to her and made jokes at her expense. Previously, I ordered a part and one of the service sales reps told me that the part I already ordered DID NOT EXIST and that the parts guy was an idiot. Turns out the parts guy new his stuff and order exactly what I needed. The guys in the parts department are helpful, knowledgable and great! I'm happy I'm moving soon and will never have to go here again! Actually, I would go to Walmart next time for an oil change before coming back here again. More
