The waiting room is excellent and the lobby staff is friendly and available for questions. I use a special or coupon for oil change and tire rotation and basic check over. I got a list of potential car needs but no pressure to get it done. It is a lot better than going to Walmart or a stop and go kind of place where it is not quality and you get add ons that you never know if it is needed and a jacked up price. More

She wisked me off to her desk area where we discussed my cars needs with her and services that were due for my vehicle. She escorted us to the movie area and showed us the available snacks and drink offerings. We had a bit longer wait than usual as the technician found a nail in my tire which had not yet registered in the dashboard warning system.
