Corina is so helpful! Had very stressful afternoon when my tire pressure light came on and realized I had a flat tire, and all I wanted to do was go home and relax. When I Had very stressful afternoon when my tire pressure light came on and realized I had a flat tire, and all I wanted to do was go home and relax. When I got to the dealership to deal with this issue, Corina was the first person to help me after waiting for 15 mins and seeing a couple of the other gentleman that work at the service station walking by and not assisting. She was very helpful on explaining what the possibilities of my tire becoming flat. After the work was complete she was very informative with the paper work and made sure she helped me what preventative measures I should take on my car. Corina was the best! More

REcall of Passenger Air bag for second time.. I bought my Odyssey from Honda of Ft. Myers 16 years ago.. they have given me great and prompt service for all 16 years. My Odyssey has 77, 326 miles on it.. looks great and is still going strong. The building is always VERY CLEAN and comfortable when you wait for your vehicle.. I even spoke with Vincent - who has worked there for 16 years doing janitorial services. It is a nice touch with the coffee, and snacks and also popcorn. Weird I pulled into the service area sometime after 1:30. A young woman spoke to me and filled the washer fluid. I noted the time was 1:45. No one else cam I pulled into the service area sometime after 1:30. A young woman spoke to me and filled the washer fluid. I noted the time was 1:45. No one else came out for at least 20 minutes. Finally Corina came to start the service process. She was very attentive through out the rest of the service and made sure there were no more delays. More
TERRIBLE. MY EXPERIENCE WITH HONDA WAS PRETTY TERRIBLE TO SAY THE LEAST. I DROPPED MY CAR OF FOR A KEY REPLACEMENT. I TOLD THEM MY WARRANTY WAS THROUGH ANOTHER MY EXPERIENCE WITH HONDA WAS PRETTY TERRIBLE TO SAY THE LEAST. I DROPPED MY CAR OF FOR A KEY REPLACEMENT. I TOLD THEM MY WARRANTY WAS THROUGH ANOTHER DEALER AND I OFFERED THEM A COPY OF THE FORM BUT THEY DENIED IT. AFTER SEVERAL HOURS LATER I RECIEVE A MESSAGE FROM MY ADVISOR THAT MY WARRANTY DOESNT COVER IT. AFTER COMMUNICATING BACK AND FORTH FOR AN HOUR AND SENDING THEM A PICTURE OF MY WARRANTY COVERAGE, THEY THEN TELL ME IT STILL ISNT COVERED. SO I LEFT MY JOB TO PICK UP MY CAR AND GO THROUGH MY DEALER THAT I WORK FOR TO GET MY KEY REPLACED. TOOK 2 DAYS FOR TWO KEY REPLACEMENTS. IF THST WASNT BOTHERSOME ENOUGH, MY ADVISER DECIDED TO REACH OUT TO A COWORKER AND MESSAGE THEM ABOUT MY VEHICLE WHICH WAS UNPROFESSIONAL! I WOULDNT RECOMMEND HONDA TO ANYONE. I WORK FOR A DEALERSHIP MYSE;F AND I KNOW HOW THIS STUFF WORKS AND WHAT I EXPERIENCED WAS UNACCEPTABLE. More
