Worst customer service ever experienced This was by far the worst customer service I ever experience I started out waiting 10 minutes for someone to come out to my vehicle to assist me when This was by far the worst customer service I ever experience I started out waiting 10 minutes for someone to come out to my vehicle to assist me when I went inside a gentleman named Chris B told me (not asked me)to go back outside and wait by my car when another female told me he didn’t know what he was talking about and walked me to a gentleman named Richard Estes. When I return to pick up my vehicle I stood in front of Mr Estes who ignored me while he was texting on his phone and then took a phone call on his cell. I was completely flawed. After receiving my paperwork I went outside and no one was there to retrieve my vehicle (I saw the girl smoking on the side of the building) so I walked to the rear of the lot and got my own vehicle. I couldn’t believe I was allowed to walk past so many workers to retrieve my own vehicle the best part of my experience Was the Lyft shuttle service. I would not recommend this dealership neither to purchase a vehicle or service one. The customer service department seriously needs a management overhaul from top to bottom. In addition I received a text stating my car was in the wash and when I picked it up it hadn’t been washed. Sad. More
