Nearly 3 hours for essentially an oil change Because I bought my 2018 Pilot at Honda of Fort Myers, as well as the service contract, I have made appointments each time I need the regular maintena Because I bought my 2018 Pilot at Honda of Fort Myers, as well as the service contract, I have made appointments each time I need the regular maintenance. I arrived 5 minutes early for my 2pm appointment and told the service agent that I would be waiting at the dealership. Two hours later, I went to check on my vehicle. No one offered to help and the agent who took my car was not available. 2 1/2 hours later, I text messaged the agent, but received no reply. 2 hours and 45 minutes later, I went to the service desk and asked the nearest agent about my vehicle. She found the papers which said I had not checked in until 2:35! So it took 40 minutes for them to even get my vehicle checked in! The second agent said that the service was finished and the Pilot was in line to be washed. I said, "I need to go; it doesn't need to be washed because it's raining. When checking out, I had to tell them again that I had the service contract. Essentially the entire afternoon was spent waiting on service that should have been completed in an hour. More

Pleasant and Attentive Service Neremie Deronvil was friendly, pleasant and attentive throughout my service experience. He greeted me with a big smile, handshake and introduction. He Neremie Deronvil was friendly, pleasant and attentive throughout my service experience. He greeted me with a big smile, handshake and introduction. He explained to me that he would have my ticket throughout the process. Neremie touched base with me several times as I waited and kept me informed if my ticket progress. He further made it a personal experience as he took a few minutes to chat with me. Neremie ended my service experience by pulling my car up in an area that I could easily leave and be on my way. Again, Neremie personalizes my experience by walking me to my car, giving me a big smile, a hearty handshake and said he hoped he would see me again in the future. Neremie’s outstanding service will ensure that I keep coming back to this dealership. More
Good repair, but Honda needs to step up I had the fuel injectors replaced on a 2016 Pilot with about 45,000 miles on it. Of course no vehicle that age should need that. And while Honda semi-realizes this is their fault and covered part of the bill, they need to issue a recall. Someone was on the phone while I was checking out with the same car, same year, same problem. This is damaging Honda’s reputation. If you don’t believe that, think about this: I just got rid of a BMW and I’ll need another car in early 2020. Six months ago there was a 100% chance of that car being a Honda. After this experience, I have very strong reservations about doing that - I can’t be sure they’re going to own up to the problems with their vehicles. And that fact is unfortunate, because it was a brand I trusted for quality. More
