10% disposal fee is arbitrary I needed a new rim. They charged me about $56.00 for a disposal fee on the rim that they were paying me $50.00 to turn in. I talked to a service manager about this and the fee was removed. If I didnt question this fee I'd be out another %50. This fee is based on the total bill, including parts, labor for shop supplies and disposal.. it may make more sense to find out what parts you need, go to parts and bring your own to be installed. No cost on bill. If you think something is wrong on your bill ask. If you don't ask, the answer will always be no. More
