took care of me right away they took care of me right away but when i got home and looked at the receipt i noticed they charge what they call a shop fee which...according to the they took care of me right away but when i got home and looked at the receipt i noticed they charge what they call a shop fee which...according to the receipt...represents profits to the dealership and reimbursements for their shop supplies su h as tools..waste removal....oil...rags...paper...pens..etc etc...i was not charged this fee this time because the car is a 2019 and when i bought it they gave me the first 2 oil changes free which was nice and i appreciate...however..i do not agree with these fees and will refuse to pay them in the future if they try to sneak it in on the bill...its unethical and immoral...these are tax deductible items im sure and costs the dealer incurs as part of doing buisness in the auto buisness...thats not my fault nor is it my problem...florida is the only state where the auto industry goes virtually unregulated...they had a 800 dollar dealer fee just pure profit to the dealer...enuf is enuf...if they give me a hard time about it ill go up the chain of command including honda..the bbb...the florida ag and the ftc....since when am i responsible for their costs of doing buisness...thats why the public thinks the way they do of car dealers...most people i know would rather get a root canal than buy a car...its just a dishonest unethical proffession....and any surveys i get in the mail from honda will reflect my feelings More

New Tires The only frustrating part of the service was that after purchase and installation of the tires, a wire had imbedded itself into the tire from the serv The only frustrating part of the service was that after purchase and installation of the tires, a wire had imbedded itself into the tire from the service lot. It was about 3/8” into the tire in two places. They removed it and didn’t feel it damaged the tire. I’m hoping there are no further consequences but am disappointed to have had it occur with new tires installation. On another note, Corina Ard was the service technician and was friendly, polite, and informative. More

Accord infotainment update I have a 2018 Accord Touring. The GPS stopped working. Don't know how much you miss it until it doesn't work. Called Honda of Ft Meyers. They got me i I have a 2018 Accord Touring. The GPS stopped working. Don't know how much you miss it until it doesn't work. Called Honda of Ft Meyers. They got me in right away. The compter had a glitch. They updated it and did a saftey check on the car. Couldnt ask for anything more. They were pleasant and polite and did the job right. I live about 60 miles from the dealer so that is important. Kudos. More

Great service! I don’t have much to say. I was in and out in no time and Danielle was great. A lot of options are offered while you wait for your car making the wait I don’t have much to say. I was in and out in no time and Danielle was great. A lot of options are offered while you wait for your car making the wait easier and Honda the only place I get my car serviced. I also like that they will suggest maintenance but are not pushy about you doing it there or that moment so that I can budget for pricier services. More
