I purchased a 2019 Hyundai from Honda of Fort Myers. My son drove it home, and I later took it for a drive and realized the brakes were bad. My local mechanic determined it needed rotors all around. I emailed the dealership and expressed my disappointment with selling me a car that needed brakes. Jeff LaBerge called me within a day and offered to fix it. I told him I had already had the reapirs done, and Jeff was able to reimburse me for the brake repairs. He turned a negative situation positive, and I will definitely be buying from Honda of Fort Myers in the future. Thank you Jeff! More

After dealing with an on-going problem for two and a half months with a car purchased in February 2020, I returned yet a third or fourth time with the same serious complaint. But, this time I spoke with Nick Almeida, Service Advisor, who actually listened and heard and understood my exasperation. He then took my complaints to Raphael, Sales Manager, who went to work immediately on solving our problem. By day's end, we drove away in a new vehicle, happy for a joyful ending, which eliminated the stress and weariness. A sincere thank you to all (sales assistant; finance adviser, Kevin; and Kelly, insurance adviser). More
