Very surprised with the service. I've been an automotive technician for close to 13 years now and I brought my Accord in for the two airbag recalls. They finished it very quickly and I've been an automotive technician for close to 13 years now and I brought my Accord in for the two airbag recalls. They finished it very quickly and professionally. The inspection sheet was very accurate. I could not believe it was not just quickly filled out due to a warranty job with no customer pay items. Brandon and the tech did not try to sell me anything that the vehicle did not need. It has over 150k miles on it and is very reliable still at this time. Thank you guys. More

It's MY car not yours I find it incredibly annoying when I get back in MY car after it's been serviced, I find my seat position has been totally changed, I have it set p I find it incredibly annoying when I get back in MY car after it's been serviced, I find my seat position has been totally changed, I have it set perfectly for ME! It takes me a good amount of time to find just the right settings for my bad back, but all that's undone by one of your service specialist. AND to add insult to injury, even MY radio station has been tampered with. Your service people are oblivious to a customer's circumstance, never even considering those options are there for MY comfort not THEIR convenience.. And just for the record, when my brake and transmission fluids were changed, the service person FORGOT to reset the "check engine " light on my dash. So now it's lit until the next time I'm in Fort Myers, and make a special trip to the dealership to have that reset. More
