My service advisor was no where to be found when I went back in. Ask others advisors to help me and they just blew me off. After a length of time I found my advisor coming back from lunch and she asked someone to wash it. I should have never been in that place as long as I was and not have that much frustration over a simple oil change. I was also ADVISED that I needed my transmission fluid changed. Just had it changed 2,000 miles prior to their suggestion. Thought I would fall for the extra big sale. More

A+ in every way Branson took care of me when my air conditioning system wasn't working well.
