Oil change,l& faulty service advise. My reason for dissatisfaction- told a brake fluid change was required.I declined service for lack of time.When I got home,upon review of my service lo My reason for dissatisfaction- told a brake fluid change was required.I declined service for lack of time.When I got home,upon review of my service log, I had this service performed at an independent facility in April of 2018, 4000 miles driven on car since then. Went back to the same facility & had a brake fluid strip test done in front of me. Test results showed fluid in good condition,not contaminated. If I had authorized the service to be done, I would have spent approximately $130 for a service not required. More

Excellent & Friendly Customer Service I came in for an oil change and to see why my starter light was on. Richard Estes had my oil changed and also had me engine checked to see why the li I came in for an oil change and to see why my starter light was on. My car is currently at the shop to get the parts replaced for the starter (covered under my platinum warranty) and also new tires which were found to be worn at the oil change 27 point inspection.
