I was quite surprised because I bought the car less then two years ago and it looked like the b The gear shifter button of my CRV broke and fell off . I was quite surprised because I bought the car less then two years ago and it looked like the button was glued. I am not a car person and didn’t know if I could have it replaced without any charge. It turned out they fixed it very fast and it was covered. I Do not know how long the new knob will last. I hope it can last as long as the one in my Toyota Corolla More

They asked me if I wanted a free car wash but after 1.5 hours of waiting I asked if it was ready. They said yes but it was backlogged in car wash so I just took the car without a wash. Would of been nice if they would at least me know car was done before waiting for car wash that would of been nice. More
