Did a software update and now the radio doesn’t work We took our Honda in for oil change, tire rotation and software update. We had an appointment and still waited an hour & a half. Service Your service guy did a great job explaining how your service worked as if was first time there. How to have dozens of messages and unwanted emails I don’t recommend this dealership. Trust the Reliable Mom and Pop Mechanic I will say that once I dropped my car off for service, i was not told of how long the wait would be. I was told of several issues that needed to be addressed with my vehicle and the estimate for parts and labor was excessive. I feel more comfortable taking my vehicle to a family owned and operated business with a mechanic I can trust they won't try to recommend unnecessary work for an older vehicle. More
