Past experiences were good; this time not so much. Work was fine, responsiveness was not. Facilities are very good and a pleasant place to wait. Service was not good. I had an appointment and usually I feel Honda makes an effort to minimize my waiting. Not this time, upon arrival I had a significant wait for someone to initiate the service, then I waited for over 2 hours for an oil change. That's with an appointment. Then washing was taking over 20 minutes, so I went to the washing area to pick up the car. It had been hosed off and was at the front of 4 cars being washed. Why not finish one at a time? I took my car as it was. More

excellent service Mr. Neremie assisted me throughout the entire process of identifying problems with my vehicle. In one instance when there was no problem he so inform Mr. Neremie assisted me throughout the entire process of identifying problems with my vehicle. In one instance when there was no problem he so informed me while adding if the problem re-occurred to return my vehicle immediately. He provided me with insight regarding issues that should not be ignored because of possible negative consequences to the vehicle and/or the driver. My vehicle is rather old and there were a number of issues that required attention and a part that could not be obtained until the next day; consequently, I was provided with a rental from Enterprise. Repairs on my vehicle were completed by the morning of the next day; it was washed and running smoothly. Previous experiences in the past with Honda of Fort Myers were more stressful and less coordinated. The coffee and the comfortable chairs along with interacting with a single employee in the service department resulted in less stress and a smooth transition. I will encourage others I know with Hondas to utilize the revitalized Honda of Fort Myers as long as Mr. Neremie remains an employee. More
